PRTD is only used for those who are already PRs. If you got your COPR, and you are abroad, you just have to travel to Canada - either on an immigration visa or ETA - and you will become a PR.

Yes, I'm so confused about PRTD and overthinking if I need to apply to that. So you mean COPR and visa is enough as a travel document or other thatb that what documents do I need so that I can prepare for it. Actually I'm under family sponsorship.
