Medical Passed: June 22, 2024 (*Medical Exam done in the past)

I didn't apply for work permit with AOR as I have a valid PGWP until May 2025.

No more updates since then. Does anyone have the same timeline?

Submitted: April 5, 2024
AOR: April 28, 2024
Pre-arrival letter: June 26, 2024
AIP: July 3, 2024
SA (Sponsor Approval): July 3, 2024
Medical Passed: July 25, 2024

Just like what I assumed, they did not ask me to do another Medical Exam. Looks like they took my previous medical way back 2019 when I applied for Student Visa.

They won’t I did my medical for study permit back in 2021, they never asked me for medical exam.

Just checking in! How's everyone making out? :) We did the medical exam and blood work/xray last week, going to do biometrics on Monday. Been a bit stressful but we're getting through all this!

Medical Request: July 19th (Medicals completed: August 8)
Biometrics Request: August 2nd

Work Permit Application: April 28th

This is the April thread. AOR takes around 3-4 weeks for most people.

I received below, is this AOR? It does not have UCI or applicant name so confused
This letter confirms that your application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class has
been received by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) on 2024-08-**
Next step:
If your sponsored family members are between 14 and 79 years old, they and their
accompanying dependents (who are 14 years of age or older), will need to complete
Biometrics. This is a reminder to submit the Biometrics fee if you did not include it with
your application submission. For additional information on biometrics and instructions on
how to pay, please visit the IRCC website at: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-
refugees-citizenship/campaigns/biometrics/facts.html
Once Biometrics fees are paid, the applicant will receive instructions on how to complete
Biometrics. Please note that the applicant must provide new Biometrics for this
application, even if they have completed Biometrics in the past in support of a temporary
resident application or a different permanent resident application.
