Can I apply for tourist visa for my spouse before marriage and if it gets approved then I will marry her in Canada and apply inland

If it gets rejected will it affect my future Family spouse application?

Has anyone done this?

You can apply. But think carefully about how a visa officer will perceive your application 6-12 months from now, when he/she will be processing your Spousal Application. They will see in the system that even before marriage, you tried to apply for TRV and were refused. Perhaps, then you resorted to marrying a Canadian Citizen/PR...to get entry into Canada.

Visa officers are not idiots. When they review your PR application, they check all previous records and then make the decision. Specially, now with all focus on Indians, I'll sincerely suggest you to take each step cautiously - no adventures, short cuts or gambles.

Very well said, OP needs to chill out and just do the best thing which is spousal sponsorship then apply for TRV.
