IRCC office processes our applications at least one month before the expected processing time (current 25 months). Maybe the first update is coming at the end of the year for January 2023 applicants.

Hi. I’ve applied end of may 2023. Received AOR, police certificate request, Pre arrival and eligibility letters. It’s weird you did not received even AOR. I don’t know what to say.
Eligibility passed
Medical passed
Criminality passed
Security not started yet

Also, I had my hearing in Quebec. Do you think it’s because of that? Because is he been reading on these threads, the processing time for QC is 39 months!! But I live in Ontario and applied for PR after I moved here.

To be honest I always read about Quebec things. I see many people share their experiences. I can’t say anything if it’s because of that or not. But I see people from Quebec even if they move to outside of Quebec still processing time is not changing. Maybe others can say something about your situation. Let’s see. I hope you get yours in 2 years.
