What if i apply my wife visitor visa already from india but processing time too long meanwhile can i apply for spousal sponsor ? I m pr in canada

You can apply for both at same time. Two different applications with different requirements. For TRV, spouse wants to show funds, ties to return, travel history. Didn’t you already ask this question.

I applied for both got TRV rejected in three days
The purpose of her visit is not consistent woth TRV
What should i do?
