I applied for pr In May and recently in September got an email saying they have received my application and are processing it. I also got an email for biometric so. Can someone clarify is this the AOR as I did not get any pdf document attached with the email. Also approximately how much more time does it take yo get get every thing done?

Yes, that's AOR. Processing time differ for everyone.

Do you mind sharing your timeline of when you submitted your PR application in May?

I submitted my application on May 22nd but still waiting for AOR and Biometrics, just want to know how much longer should I expect to wait.
