Work permit approved with visitor visa

I currently have a visitor visa, I applied for a work permit in the Frnch Mobility program through an Agency. My work permit is approved and my agent sent me the letter to submit my passport to Canadian VFS to stamp the work visa, I would like to know if my visitor visa will be still valid please.

Why would it be cancelled? It is a totally different visa. So yes, it will be still valid.

Your valid TRV/visitor visa lets you enter. Work permit lets you work.
