SINP - Without English Test

Good morning,

It has been a while since i posted anything on thia forum.

I am seeking for advice for my gf.

She has open work permit. Her Englush level is lower than CLB4 (which is required for most SINP programs)

I need your advice

Is there any SINP programs or specific NOCs that do not require English test or Engliah at lower level.

One more question, lets say i work as a Food Counter Attendant. My CLB is lower than 4 but i do my work fine. Do i still need test? Reason why i am asking, back in the days i remember reading something like "some employers require english proficiency". So i do not know.

Again my knowledge is outdated and SINP programs change fast

To the best of my knowledge all of the open programs require language test results. She should focus on improving her English if immigrating is a priority. I know this is probably starting the obvious but that is what she needs to do.
