Received AOR but cannot create tracker account

Dear Canadavisa community,

I just received AOR for my citizenship app with both UCI and the application number on it. However when I try to put them into the tracker website (https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca) it always says the information provided is not correct. In the citizenship application website (https://citapply-citdemande.apps.cic.gc.ca/) it still says the status is application submitted but waiting for AOR. Anyone has had a similar experience? Really appreciate it if you could share.

This happens to everyone. Typically, you have to wait 2-3 days before the tracker works. Try after a few days, and let us know if it is still not working.

Yes just waited for three days. There is a delay between the actual update to the tracker system.

I am not able to create tracker account . It has been a week after I received my AOR . Also in gckey only showing status as updated . What should I do ??

? And you post under citizenship section? Most people in this discussion is about tracking their citizenship application. Not spousal sponsorship.

Type UCI and application number instead of copy pasting it. UCI is without any "-"
