I called them twice .on first person told me to do medicals if ircc needed .again i called then I told them that the medicals that I submitted has not expired till now then that person check my medicals . And she sent a notes to ircc officer about my queries. After that within a 2 weeks it's changed that I don't need to do medicals . When you trying to call ircc depends on the people they suggest different things for my case.
IRCC asking for medicals again (is that a glitch)

On June 27th,2024, I checked my account. it was showing Medical Passed. However, yesterday just randomly checked my account. the medical passed notification just disappears. Also, under the medical exam bullet, there is nothing, just blank. its not even showing "You do not medical'. What to do in this case ? Really appreciate.
So i had same issue was notification disappeared and after few days i got medical request again nd then i called ircc and they sent a message to the officer that my upfront medical is attached to the file. Then they told me to wait for their response and on 25 june almost after a month my medical passed again. So it’s just a system glitch you need not to worry just wait if you get request again then call and let them know you’ve done your tests already they will let them know.
I am facing the same issue. May 28 2024 we passed the medical exam with PAL at the same time, then after 2 days my medical went blank in the gckey. Up to this date, may medical is still blank in the gckey. Last Aug 30, I received an email that medical information is required. But in the gckey nothing changed. And in the email there are no attachment or no deadline to do the medicals. I called the ircc and she said our medical is passed already. But I asked them why we received an email. She said she doesn't know. So now I am confused to do or not our medical. Inland applicant PNP. Please help.
No i did my medical one day before submitting the application. And i used that one again in the webform and also called them they sent message to the officer. After almost 25 days i got my medical approved again and reply back from the officer through webform that they got my medical in the application. So it’s just system glitch even for the messages in the account mine too disappeared after approved nothing to worry if you got request again just call them and let them know that your medical is still valid and attached already and submit a webform as well.
