how to handle missing JD in my employment letter

Hi guys,
I got official employement cerficiate with stamp from my previous company however Job description is missing. They refused to include JD for me because I asked for it 1 year after my leaving. Is it ok if i asked former collegues to verify JD for me ? He is technical director of that company but he quit job and is working for different company. In this case, what kind of documents my colleague should include to help me verify my JD. I can't find any other colleagues to help because all persons I know left that bad company already. thank you so much!

You can submit the job description that you received when you got that job if you still have it. Write a letter of explanation to IRCC and also include correspondence with the employer. There is no guarantee in this though.
