Aren’t baked goods prepared offsite at Tim Horton’s? Are you baking donuts and bagels from scratch starting at 3am?

Not sure you will get away with qualifying for this NOC. You also don’t have the training required for the NOC.
Sorry thought I read you have baking experience or education. What is your education background and previous work experience?
I graduated in associate of arts and was a sales team lead could have continue that but it’s not an NOC.
Tim Hortons said no prior experience is needed they would train me for it.
I just want to confirm if the duties mentioned above qualify me for cec

The criteria for CEC is very straightforward. Regardless of your previous background of work or education, as long as you fulfil the 1 year in a TEER 0, 1, 3 job, you're eligible for the category I'm sure. Additionally, if IRCC happen to ask why you changed your field (I highly doubt they will), then you can give an LOE stating why you wanted to be baker. Just my 2 cents.
Yeah I doubt they do my brother also had arts degree and worker at IT and got his PR.
But my work experience as a baker will count towards the CEC right it’s teer 3 right
