Yeah I doubt they do my brother also had arts degree and worker at IT and got his PR.

But my work experience as a baker will count towards the CEC right it’s teer 3 right

Given the recent changes govt has been bringing to limit both temporary and permanent residents, any low wage unskilled job might become a gamble. Keeping in mind the current govt's days are numbered, I would invest in either developing a different skill or try to find better employment in related field to degree. These are strictly my thoughts and opinion though.
