Temporary Resident Status - "Date your status expired" "Date you applied to extend your status"

PGWP expired at date A.
I applied and received WP at date B, before date A.
I applied for a BOWP on date C after date B. I received on date D, before I got my pr on date E. But I believe I cancelled the BWOP.

I was on 3 work permits before becoming pr and I kept getting a new one before the previous one would expire, meaning I was never without a valid work permit, on implied status.

For my first work permit, what should I say for "Date your status expired." The date I got my pr, the date this work permit expired, the date i applied for the second work permit, the date I received the second work permit?

What about the "date I applied to extend my status"? It asks that question only once, but I applied to extend it twice. How should I answer these.

Date you received the status (date I received my PGWP)
Date your status expired (date my PGWP expired)
Did you apply to extend your status? Yes
Date you applied to extend your status (date I applied for my WP, before PGWP expired)
Was the extension approved? Yes
Expiry date of extended status (day before the date I became PR)

My study permit got expired on 11/30/2020 while my work permit application is in process. My Work permit application got approved on 12/14/2020. So, I was under implied status for the 14 days. Could you please help me how to fill these 14 days in my citizenship application. I was actually working full time during this period since I am under implied status.
