During your 5-year eligibility period, did you have a valid temporary resident status before becoming a permanent resident?

Hello, I have a question to you

I had my first work permit after graduation ( PGWP), then applied to renew it ( which was later withdrawn) and then applied to renew it for the second time ( this time approved). In the Canadian citizenship application, they ask the question " Did you apply to extend your status? "

1) Put the date I submit an application for renewal for the first time ( which I later withdraw)
2) put the date I submit an application for renewal second time which was later approved ?

Can anyone please help me. I have a question. On the citizenship application it doesn't have a PGWP option so instead of that should we choose Temporary Foreign Worker? Is it the same thing? and when you are doing the online application for citizenship than we don't have to submit the cit0002e form with it right?
