Visitor visa Approved and booked flights ON sep 09.Also recently Passport request for PERMANENT RESIDENCE came. Not much time for passport submission

Visitor visa Approved and booked flights ON sep 09.Also recently Passport request for PERMANENT RESIDENCE came Aug 28 . What should I do . If I submit passport at VFS it wont came back before sep 09. I am thinking to travel on visiting visa and inform them I am already in Canada after I reaching there. Is it ok or what your suggestion

It is up to you. The disadvantage is that it will likely take longer to become a PR if you do it by travelling to Canada and asking for virtual landing, and timing uncertain. It could take months, or more, or less.

If you instead change your flight for, say, 3-4 weeks from now, you will have time to get the PR visa, and you become a PR as soon as you land, you have the right to vote, get health care earlier, etc.

Personally I'd take the 2nd route but it's your choice.

Sorry very obvious typo above: that should have said right to WORK (you can apply for SIN immediately), not vote.
