Citizenship Application when travelling to India?

I have a trip planned to India from December 2024 to Feb 2025. I am currnetly looking to apply for Canadian citizenship but wanted to check if the application will in anyway stop me from travelling to India, such that if my application is approved, i could not travel on indian passport anymore?

Once you take oath is when you should no longer be using Indian passport. Before that it's not a problem.

Thanks and in that case how if i am outside of canada from dec to feb, and oath date comes then, what arr my options?

Citizenship test you can give outside Canada. For oath you have to be in Canada. There isn't much option then attending it when they ask you to. If you don't they will give you final notice (another date) and if you don't appear again your application will get rejected.
