Positive LMIA- Expired PGWP- Implied Status

Hi,
My PGWP got expired this May. I applied for a work permit extension based on an anticipated positive LMIA for PR stream. Now I am on Implied status. My LMIA is approved today.
Can I use this to claim my 50 points for the next Crs draw.
