Medical exam is not update for work permit application submitted on May 30

I applied for a work permit on May 30 with upfront medical exam because my previous application was refused.
the application is still showing:
Review of eligibility  Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility.
Review of medical results  You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes.
Background check  We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.

Does anyone know why Medical is not updated please?

Maybe because eligibility has not yet started. There is no issue. It can update at any time.
