Why PCC for supervisa? Did IRCC ask you to submit or you did it on your own?

Supervisa letters don’t need to be fancy or long. Just be honest that they want to come visit you for an extended amount of time, they have a home to return to after their visit (you can specify length of proposed visit), where they will live, a brief description of your family in Canada, etc.

Yes they can do upfront medicals. IRCC may still ask for further testing/info.
