I sent my mother's passport for stamping and it reached IRCC delhi on Feb 6th. On 26th i got notification that eligibility is reviewed and is returned back to VFS delhi. I dont see any counterfoil is added on the portal. Is this the norm for super visa?

I sent my mother's super visa passport for stamping. Reached Delhi IRCC on Feb 6th 2025 as per VFS tracking. Since then no updates nor counterfoil detail in ircc portal. Anybody got their passport or counterfoil updated -meanwhile who sent during the same time?

Finally OPR here. My Timeline Applied: 9th Aug 2024 Bio: 13th Aug 2024 (Upfront Meds) Meds: Updated on Nov 21 BVL & OPR : Jan 30 2025.

Processing time shows 83 days for India w.e.f 17th Sept 2024. Can someone tell me since when this will apply? Does it apply to applications submitted in the past?
