I got a Ghost update on the IRCC portal of the Final decision updated to June 19th (Today's date), eligibility and background is still in progress on tracker, is it a good sign or any chances of refusal?

Finally got an update after almost 2 months of silence, but not yet a good one. Asking for ANOTHER ADR (first was proof of relationship). Now they are asking for Official proof of military exemption for my husband. I have 7 days to submit it.

Thank you! I actually don't know my PVO, I never called them, I am always at work at the recommended time to call them.

Kind of some updates, I called them twice already, after I see FD on gc key on July 22. First they told me it was all passed but no final decision, but the next week another agent told me it was all approved and they supposedly sent me P1 email on July 24th, I never got it. They told me on Aug 9 that they would send again.. nothing so far. VO Vancouver.
