Have you tried to link your application exactly how it looks on your ecopr? I had trouble doing that until I figured out the city I was born I was typing wrong, since it is a long name, they printed in a different way on my ecopr. I copied and it finally worked.

Completely normal!! The time can vary a lot, mine took 5.5 months from AOR to get a final decision, but usually it is a bit less. And almost 7 months in total for ecopr. No reason to be worried if less than 5 months of AOR

If you can already see a COPR number you are safe to quit your job. It should be after the P1 email but better after the COPR number.
