No idea. My spouse’s file has been stuck on Eligibility since October 2023. Applied on May 2023. File moved to Delhi Visa Office on October and there has been no update since then.

it's normal to transfer to local/diff visa office for further processing. I dont' think they will provide a reason.

If the letter didn't include any information about an interview, transferring to a local office doesn't automatically means an interview is called.

Just wait for the next step.

I'm originally from Ghana but currently working in Vietnam. I received an email on August 3, 2024, from IRCC that my file had been sent to Ghana. Can this affect the decision of my visa application and may I know why, please?
