I involved my local mp to inquire about my file and here is the response I got:
criminality : passed
Eligibility:not started
Medical:not started
Security:not started
Application deadline February 20 2025(20 month will complete), is this normal? Why most of the process segment(eligibility,security etc.) hasn't been started yet?
when I call the IRCC helpline number why does it say we are reviewing your eligibility when the original note says eligibility not started?does this mean it is not assigned to a real officer yet? What can I do to expedite the process?

So you got refused in one year right?
You know why I’m asking cause mine refused after 17 months that is really unfair, not about the outcome I mean if you already decided to refuse why took so long time 6 months or maximum 8 months enough to determine the application
Bro never trust people who work in ircc trust me wallahi the difference between my last phone call regarding application status inquiries and until the decision made was only three hours I know it’s hard to believe that but was happened to me so eligibility status never initiated never goes to in progress or something like this directly from not started yet to refusal as I said the different between them just three hours imagine these people how do they work for ircc !!!!
It seems we have same timeline. My H&C application is in 15th month now. Nothing passed , not even criminality. On my call agent told me about the due date of February 2025 which matches with yours as well! Lets see. Hoping for positive decision for all those waiting!!

You need to request the reason why the first application was refused before you submit new documents, if the fact wasn't treated the results will be the same. So I will advice you to know the reason of refusal first before submitting any documents.
I already received the AIP. I need the documents for CSQ application. Can I request them directly from the officer
it was submitted by paper. I don't have access to any information
is there a way to request the documents from IRCC.
I think I need help on filling imm5283 again.
