After evaluating all the option I felt the best thing is to apply for PRTD for my wife and son on H&C grounds, If it's get approved, then I will apply for visit visa for my younger son. if PRTD get refused, then i think thier PR gets revoked? Just want to know if IRCC gives them a chance to apeal ? will they get visit visa to canada? otherwise I have to sponsor them again, the only issue is the timeline I don't know how long it takes and I have to stay away from my kids, but this is the price I have to pay þ the past mistakes of not maintaining my PR amd residency obligation

Yes, they can appeal. At that point - depending how long the PRTD decision takes - it is possible that not appealing and go directly to sponsoring would be quicker.

Note that you cannot apply to sponsor while it is under appeal (because they would still be PRs).

I would wait and see what happens and not focus on deciding now.

Hello Experts, while applying PRTD wirh H&C application, can you pls provide list of documents to be enclosed? I have prepared 2 page document explaining brief background and circumstances including illness, surgeries and death of family members , shall I enclosed medical reports , hospital summary etc? Your guidance is highly appreciated
