Received non stamped passport and no letter accompanied. Already have the PPR.

Yoi just do it. And you should also call VFS on monday to explain you situation. I am sure you will get a positive response as there is no reason you get your passport unstamped

I went physically to VFS and they told me to raise this form again

Oops let me reiterate that question. Did you get confirmation from them that the passport was sent to IRCC office? Or does it only reach VFS office?

You included every necessary documents such as PPR letter, Consent form, Courier form and Passport right?

Don't stress too much. This could clearly be a mistake from their part. To be sure raise another webform to IRCC as well.

in my case i got ppr on 15-september-2022 and i send my passport on 18-sep-2022
i got email from vfs that my passport dispatched frorm IRCC but i didnot get update on my GCKEY
maybe i m same on your boat.
will you let me know what did u do after your passport back without stamp and without poe ?

I also got my approval of study permit but my passport was returned without visa stamp and without letter explaining why. I wrote email to IRCC but they didn't reply. Can please Someone who has faced the same problem help me.

Hello,

You need to apply for TRV then. Now you need to go your GC Key account and file a new TRV application and pay for the visa (if your TRV already expired). You need TRV while traveling, you need to show TRV when you enter back to Canada.

I hope by saying "not received passport stamp request" you mean the counterfoil in the passport which is TRV. AFAIK If the TRV is not expired you do not need to apply for new one you just need to have a valid work permit (in your case PGWP) or visitor record while entering back to Canada.

*You can verify these details with some immigration agency / Lawyer.

When you apply for PGWP you will only get the open work permit (you will get it as letter through mail) they will ask for passport if you apply for temporary residence visa(TRV). TRV is different application and you need to pay for that visa as well.
