Hi anyone applied for Accelerated Tech Pathway after March 25th, 2024? I think now we have to submit employer declaration form. What proofs do the government asks from the employer?

Curious to know if anyone was specifically asked for Employment Declaration and Authorization form. If employer is not ready to sign the form, will Alberta accept any other supporting documents? Hope they are asking this form to prove the legitimacy of the company and the job offer. Have seen different opinions like, form is not required for Publicly traded company. Really have no idea if any company keep track of how many of their employees applied for PNP as Alberta PNP is initiated from employee side rather than from employer side.

I am waiting for tech pathway EOI to open. So haven’t talked with the employer yet. Did you get an NOI from Tech Pathway?

I got it a while back and submitted recently.But did not submit declaration form.Was trying to see my options as employer won’t give it. it’s a publicly traded big company. Any one got declined for not submitting it.
