Conditional discharge and probation

Hi All,
Case:
I was been charged with impaired driving and impaired driving alcohol level above 0.08 April this year, which I know I made VERY stupid mistake. Thanks god that no one was harmed, and it was difficult to come all over these as my lawyer told me it is very rare to win the trial because the evidence is very much against me. However, we have negotiated with a plea deal with the crown, which the judge agrees that I only plea to the dangerous driving offence and dropping the other two related to impaired driving. On other hand, it will be a conditional discharge as 1 year probation (no restriction on anything but no driving and have to stay out of all illegal activities) and a driving prohibition. Crown elected as summary offence.
This incident happened after submitting the Citizenship application and IRCC knows about it now.


Question:
1)As of know I am on probation for 1 year - will this leads to my citizenship application refusal?
2)If I want to travel outside Canada and re enter in to the Canada As i am on probation with conditional discharge will CBSF deny my entry ?
3) Can i Trvael to USA
4)If my citizenship application got refused can I continue to live on Canada on PR or will they deport me ?

I know you posted in another thread with a question. I warn you, it's very important to speak to someone with the right legal expertise with both criminal code and immigration law.

It WILL NOT work to just randomly check threads that mention other driving offences. The details of the code and the type of offence (especially when 'hybrid' offences) matter a lot.

A DUI charge and a dangerous driving charge are NOT necessarily the same, even if both resulted in probation.

Don't take chances in this case without proper legal counsel.
