my pay stubs weekly hours is different than from my reference letter

I get biweekly paystub and my hours were fluctuate like some time i worked 75 hours biweekly (88,79,78 ,62,68) like that but my hours are more than 1560. However, my reference letter state that i get minimum 44 hours every week. This is problem for me?

I think you should to your supervisor to amend your refence letter because from the hours you submitted you are working maximum 44 hours. You are averaging 37.5 hours weekly. or you can talk to you manage to give you more hours to fit that reference letter.
