Hearing scheduled in 6 months time
I thought it was within 1-3 months
Not sure why it was scheduled for that far

I think it can be any I got my hearing date in August but my hearing was scheduled Dec 1

Hello I’m totally confused I have gone through the messages here but can’t find a similar one to mine. My mother and I received an ICAC disclosure package- no intervention email. I have checked 4x I don’t see any tick box in our letter. I’m confused. I have scrolled up and down yet none. Please what does this mean?

Hey guys, I got the same document, Disclosure Package-No Intervention, in my ircc portal 2 months ago. It shows nothing like a hearing type, whether regular or short. Is there any chance that my claim is less complex (tho I haven't got the less complex letter)

Hey guys, I got the less complex letter from IRB and my lawyer submitted all my evidence earlier this month. How long is it gonna take to get a decision or to let me know whether I should appear for a hearing?

Had it two weeks ago
Had a positive decision on table.
Was scheduled for 3 hours but only lasted 45 minutes
