Citizenship exam is completed and I received interview for application

Exam is completed on may 31 2024, got the update that it is completed on July 4 2024 now it shows background complete on July 16 2024. Today 19 July 2024, I received an email for interview written
"Notice to appear
You are invited to further the processing of your citizenship application by attending a citizenship event IN PERSON and
(INVITATION TO AN INTERVIEW WITH A CITIZENSHIP OFFICIAL
AND VERIFICATION OF IDENTITY/DOCUMENTS ) written in the documents

What happens in this situation and none of my friends received this kind of email. Can some one please answer me on this thing.

It is just normal interview. Many people have went through this process . Also before COVID everyone was supposed to go through interview. They will have a look at your documents and ask you fee questions about your history and other stuff.

I too have been scheduled for an interview (in the tracker) Still awaiting email. Mine is on Aug 8th. When is your interview?

Same here, BG cleared, test passed. Invite for Interview, 08-Aug, Scarborough. Please keep posted guys about your experience etc. I do have travel history in/out of states quite a bit.

Did you get the email for the interview? Mine is still just in tracker. I'm based in Toronto and my application is with Scarborough. I think my interview will also be in Scarborough.

No, still awaiting the official email. It looks like it's either with travel history or I have had a new passport post PR or maybe tax related, not sure why, especially since BG cleared and Test Passed. LPP -all 3 shows in Progress still. Language - I did submit expired IELTS from PR, Physical presence - I did submit all entry/exit (I-94, passport stamps, e-tickets from applicable countries) and prior history/invitation letters from 2007-08 (they were in regional language though like some in Arabic)

@coolak2007 & @amandeepsingh.2792@gmail. I just received the email from IRCC for my interview and it states that I must also carry translations of any visa stamps that aren't in english/french. If you have any such stamps, do you know where to get these translated?

I need to do the same as well as some of them are in Arabic (UAE, Saudi etc) for my oldest passport

Note: Any documents that are not in English or French must be accompanied by:
• the English or French translation; and
• an affidavit from the person who completed the translation.

An affidavit is a document on which the translator has sworn, in the presence of a commissioner
authorized to administer oaths in the country in which the translator is living, that the contents of their
translation are a true translation and representation of the contents of the original document.
Translators who are certified members in good standing of one of the provincial or territorial
organizations of translators and interpreters of Canada do not need to supply an affidavit. Translations
by family members are not acceptable.
N.B.: Passport(s) and travel document(s) stamps that are not in English or French must also be
translated.
