Please help me urgently, I got this feedback after a while from IRCC after submitting my application using gc key.


Submissions: In your application form, you provided incomplete information in Employment History. Give details of your employment for the past 10 years without any gaps in dates.

Include if you have held any government positions (such as civil servant, judge, police officer, mayor, member of parliament, hospital administrator).

  • If you were unemployed for some period, write "Unemployed" for Activity/Occupation section and "N/A" for Company/ Employer section. You may complete the city/town and country sections based on your residence at that time.
  • If you were studying fsome period, complete the sections using your school information.

    my question is, do I refill the application form imm 1492 or do I create a pdf explaining with dates the employment history? The form Imm 1492 only allows 3 input. Is there a way to increase it or I have to create a file explaining…

Correct and resubmit the form, if there is insufficient space, add a sheet to provide the same info.

Fairly sure the instructions say this....

Thank you @armoured, but I have only 1 option for submission, does that mean I should merge my file with the corrected IMM file and submit? There’s only space for 3 employment history, I need 9 to cover the gaps for the 10 years. How do I go about this urgently please

Sorry, but figure it out. Obivously if you can't fit everything on the form, you need to add something. If it requires you to merge a file, well, then do that. If you can't do that, make a new one with all info together.

Main thing I'll say is that in your additional attachment, follow the format eg lines and dates and don't leave any gaps.

okay i understand but in my case, it’s not a new submission, i have already submitted the application a month ago and after passing medicals I got this message to send this .
There were 2 submissions, the first I was asked to download and fill and form which the form name was provided.

the second was just to give a detailed submission on the 10 years employment history without any gaps, now I’m confused, do I need to refill the application form and submit or just create a separate pdf covering all the employment history and submit?

Refill the form with the 10 years employment history without any gaps. There is already a format, why reinvent one as response.

The employment history form can only take up to 3 inputs , I will need more than 5 to be able to put together without any gaps for 10 years. How do I go about it, I don’t have any options to submit additional files

You're asking all this help and you don't even have the number of the form right.

There's no such form that I can find.

Respectfully, just figure it out. They want your employment history. If you can't do it all on their form, just make sure to provide the same info, but complete.
