My spouse applied for OWP a couple of months ago and was refused and the GCMS (ATIP) note showed that the reason was because my study permit was valid for less than 6 months. Now I have applied for my PGWP and I am in implied status waiting to get the PWGP. Should my spouse apply now or should she wait till I get the PGWP?
Can my spouse apply for OWP visa while I am in implied status for PGWP? (My spouse had one refusal while I had study permit)
