I noticed in the Provincial Nominee Program for Master's Stream under the section of 'Canadian education experience,' it states that the credential must be for a post-secondary education credential from an eligible Canadian institution that takes at least one year to complete on a full-time basis.

Outside of my Master's degree in Ontario, I also have a Diploma degree in Urban Land Economics from UBC. This degree consists of 11 courses and is primarily delivered through distance learning. It typically takes two to three years to complete. But it is a part-time and complete online program, I would like to inquire if this degree meets the eligibility criteria.

You have answered your own question. Your program wasn’t full time.
But I have written a letter to OINP, they say on the full time basis is not full time, that mean I can take any program ,but should at least equivalent to two semesters of full-time program. But it depend on your school graduation letter. they analyze the case by school letter and program detail condition.

So if OINP says it is okay then what is the issue. If your transcript and completion letter state full time then it is full time.

Because the email from OINP is still very vague and official, only saying that full time is different from full time basis, and it needs to be case by case, and the school is also very vague, they say their graduation letter is in a fixed format, and they don’t write full time or part time. The key is that I still have two courses left to get this diploma, and I am considering whether to continue. Because this diploma is a byproduct of obtaining the appraiser certificate. Taking two more courses is not useful to me, maybe just to get those 5 immigration points
