Mistakes on application forms that have already sent?

Hi All, i have already submitted my wife's PR application on April outland. For Question from Checklist, have you been previously sponsored yourself for pr? I said no. I got confused during application and now I realized that I came to Canada after my dad go his PR. Can I send webform about it? Will they reject my application because of this? It's been almost 2 months and I'm worried about it. Did anyone else had similar issue during their application?

Probably they will not return/reject because of this - being sponsored by parent is a different circumstances, and the sense of this question is about whether you were sponsored as a spouse - your case would not make you ineligible so not material, really.

That said: sure, best to submit a webform to correct and explain. That should be it.

Hi everyone. I submitted my spousal sponsorship application on Jan 19th, I haven't received an AOR yet, however, I realised that I accidentally switched my surname and first name on form 5532. On all the other forms it's correct. Should I let IRCC know through a corrected webform, or might they still accept the application this way? Thanks in advance!

I discovered that there was a typographical error in my letter of introduction from my company after submitting my application on line.My company is willing to give me another letter correcting this error.Can I use the webform in this case?

Yes. If the typo is irrelevant or minor or obvious, probably not needed, but use your judgment.

Hello,

I made two mistakes while filling out the form of PR. 1. For work experience, my job started on October 30, 2023 and ended on March 22, 2023; however in the form I had written that it started in November and ended in April. This mistake does not affect my score.

2. In the foreign work experience, I forgot to check mark on the self employed box. I have updated the form right now and I am going to specify this Bonafide mistakes in the cover letter. Does any one have any suggestions?

Please in my own case, I was given an ADR to respond to via webform but instead of uploading it under Permanent Residence Provincial Nominee category, I didn't check well before uploading under Replacement, Amendment to documents category.
And it's 10 days now without response from IRCC.

Please should I resubmit the document under the correct category now? Will that amount to double submission problem?

It might take 2 weeks to get the AOR for your documents. You can resubmit it, no issue, but they will be definitely able to find your application if they have your application and client number.

Pls i was sent a PFL for POF on my visitor visa application since 15th August 2024 and I submitted my response with all evidence and clarifications from my new bank account since 22nd August but till date no feedback or update from IRCC. And today made it 34 working days which is 7 weeks. Is it supposed to be so?
And can I withdraw the application since it's taking this long?
Or should I contact them to ask for feedback?

This is normal.

It can take many months to hear back after a PFL letter response. There's really nothing you can do but wait.
