I have a question with regards to implied status days. Just a bit of background, my family (myself, wife and 2 kids) landed in Canada on November 01st 2020 (I was issues a work permit, my wife a study permit and both kids visitor records). My daughter visitors record was expiring on March 10th 2021 (same day as her passport), I renewed my daughter's passport in the beginning of January 2021 and submitted a visitors record extension online for her on January 26th 2021. She got the application submission confirmation letter on January 26th 2021 but only received the approval and visitors record certificate on June 12th 2021.
My question is that the days from March 10th 2021 to June 12th 2021 will that be considered as time spend legally in Canada toward her physical presence for her citizenship application? Was she on implied status during that time?
I just wanted to know how will IRCC view those days when it comes time to submit the citizenship application.
