AOR Delay

I submitted an application for citizenship on behalf of myself, my wife, and our daughter on June 13th, enclosed in a single envelope. However, my wife received her Acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR) on June 27th, whereas neither my daughter nor I have received ours. Despite daily checks of my mailbox, email inbox, and junk folders, I have not received any update from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or the CIC. I am uncertain if this is a normal delay. Would you please advise on what course of action I should take and when to expect an update? Additionally, could you recommend the appropriate institution or contact information for me to direct my inquiry?
