You mean account for pr tracking? Then you might be able to reuse it, there is an option or question which says that. If you meant the pr portal for applying then that is not the one that is reused for citizenship tracking
I tried to sign in by resetting password but it still says invalid information etc.
PR tracker account sign in- we need to use UCI number and reset the password. Right?

Yes, the USCBP share the entry data with CBSA which updates the exit records. But the problem is that many a times the data is not fully and accurately updated and there are discrepancies. In such cases, IRCC asks the applicant to share the full passport scans of all pages and/or ask to come for an in-person interview to IRCC office to clarify the travel history gaps. They would also need boarding passes and other proofs to confirm the same.

In case of land borders with US, you can get a copy of I-94 from USCBP online for the accurate data.

Hoping that in your case they are able to verify it with CBSA database, if not brace yourself with all this data to be shared with IRCC.
Thank you for sharing this. I will get I-94 and keep it handy. If this scrutiny has to happen later in the application process like you say, then I wonder why AOR is being delayed like this.
when I got my citizenship, I had 1101 days and the notes said “ICES requested and reviewed, residency passed based on balancing of probabilities” I wonder what that means and what ICES is.

So I don’t think I can get I-94 for her online because she’s a US citizen and it seems their record isn’t kept.

I applied for the citizenship on June 27. Today I got an email saying 'We updated your application status' and the application number was my permanent resident card application number. Is there any connection?

ICES is the CBSA database I was referring to which has the entry/exit records and IRCC validates the same. It stands for Integrated Customs Enforcement System. Balancing of probabilities means IRCC was not able to verify/validate all travel records so it looks like they approved your application as it was more than 50% probable.

"Findings of fact, as well as determinations as to whether the applicant's evidence is credible, are made on a balance of probabilities that is greater than 50% or more likely than not."

From what I understand, AOR is issued after basis completeness check, though exhaustive checks happen in later stages for everything else including Physical Presence. So you will have to wait patiently for AOR, or alternatively withdraw the application and resubmit a new one as you have accumulated additional PP days now.

This is not a legal advice, you can connect to an Immigration lawyer to get advice.

Added to spreadsheet. Could you please confirm Physical Presence days and whether it is a single or family application (how many if family).

Did you submit a PR renewal application as well?

Really appreciate your response and suggestion. I will wait until end of next week for AOR then call IRCC to check if it’s been returned or not. Last I checked, the agent said the fee hadn’t been applied to anything yet and he doesn’t see anything else in the system.
How do you withdraw an online application? In the event that they return the application while my wife is outside Canada, can she apply from abroad ?

Can someone help me with this?

I and my spouse have applied as group. I was able to create account for tracker. But, My spouse is not able to create account as well as sign in with PR tracker. My spouse was primary applicant when we applied for PR so tracking was with his UCI number. It is giving invalid information error for both ways.

what can I do now? Please help.

You can withdraw an application by raising a webform.
For the question of reapplying, your wife need to be in Canada for reapplying, it cannot be applied from outside Canada.
