Have you previously applied to remain in Canada? I said no, but my agent applied on my behalf and those application was refused. In the refusal field, all refused countries, including Canada, were mentioned.
is my visa will get refused or not
How Can I fix this issue ?

anyone can help ?
can i get ban for 5 yr for this minor mistake ?
If you don't address it voluntarily, and the VO finds out you have failed to disclose they will issue you a PFL. You'll have the opportunity to respond then but agent excuse probably won't fly as it's still your responsibility and ultimately your application will be refused.
The 5 year ban is at VO's discretion. If they are not convinced by your response to PFL, they will reject the application with a ban. If they are convinced, they will still reject the application but not apply ban.

Your best bet is to submit a webform or email the responsible office directly. You'll need a lot of patience and it's not a "minor mistake", it's called misrepresentation which has consequences for this and future applications. Good luck

i sent webform 2-3 times .

i am in stress . i don't want ban . my minor mistake leads to ban .
Stressing ain't gonna solve anything. If you've done everything you can between webform and emailing, you'll just have to wait.

Not to add to your stress but once again it ain't no "minor mistake", it's misrepresentation.

16(1) establishes grounds for refusal of your application and any competent case officer would apply it.

Obligation — answer truthfully

  • 16 (1) A person who makes an application must answer truthfully all questions put to them for the purpose of the examination and must produce a visa and all relevant evidence and documents that the officer reasonably requires.
