We received pre-arrival letter last week and after 5 days we received the passport request. The thing is my wife is now in Canada and the passport is requested to Beirut VO. Our consultant sent a webform so we can submit her passport in Canada. Anyone had this experience before?

This is her timeline:

- November 1 2023: Application rejected for missing document
- November 7 2023: Submitted Application again
- November 29 2023: AOR 1
- January 4 2024: Biometrics Completed
- February 8 2024: AOR 2
- April 9 2024: Medicals done
- Apr 24 2024: Medicals Completed
- June 7 2024: Eligibility and Background Check Completed
- June 8 2024: Invitation to pre-arrival services

We received pre-arrival letter last week and after 5 days we received the passport request. The thing is my wife is now in Canada and the passport is requested to Beirut VO. Our consultant sent a webform so we can submit her passport in Canada. Anyone had this experience before?

If she is in Canada, there should be instruction to notify VO and instead land in Canada via virtual landing. (portal 1, 2 and eCOPR issued)
People don't send passport inside Canada and hopefully, your consultant knows.

November 7/2023 : My Rep submit the file
November 29/2023 : AOR1
Jan 7/2024 : Bio Request
Jan 11 /2024 : sponsor approved
Jan 11 : medical request
Jan 18/2024 : Medical Passed
Feb 8/2024 : AOR 2 file transferred to VO Beirut
Since that I didn't heard anything except The eligibility for PA still under review and the BG is processing ...
I hope soon ....

Please check your GCKEY, A letter will be there with all the details regarding the Passport Submission.
If your spouse is in Canada at present on TRV then there would be a different process to get the COPR.

Perhaps by the end of this week, you can expect to receive an email or a letter in your Gckey regarding Passport submission.

I received an email to submit my Passport, and there is no update on Gckey after decision approval.

Nope No refund and also I didn't want to fight back as 80$ is not big deal. I felt that back and forth in webform, my file might get delay so paid again and sent new fee receipt in webform
