Application Type: Online
Application Filed: 10th May, 2023
Fingerprints Received: 9 July, 2023
Test Completed: 12 July, 2023
After that no updated its been almost a year now, I am tired of sending them Webforms, even enquired in MP's office, All I got as a response was "We have received all your documents there is nothing pending from your side."
Please suggest what I can do to know the exact status of my application? How Can I ask IRCC to process my file to a conclusion, I am tired of waiting now.

Try getting GCMS notes. Will help you understand where it is stuck.

I think there are 2 things to note:
1) Fingerprints requested - that automatically makes your file a non-routine file. Yet, like I've said probably dozens of times here, the "non-routine" designation is used whenever it's convenient to IRCC, so it probably means nothing.
2) BG not completed - So this may be CBSA or CSIS that's causing the delay. GCMS notes will tell you more on which one is it. You can also request for CSIS notes at the same time you request for GCMS notes, just to save you some time.

Do you know which office is handling your file? If you don't, the GCMS notes will tell you. May be able to shine some light on why is it slow too...
