Experiance letter NOC code

Hi,
I had recieved my experience letter 2 years back with 2016 NOC code. Is it required to get experience letter with 2021 NOC code while putting application for my express entry. The company is not while to provide updated experience letter. Could any kindly help me with this issue.

No reason to get new letter.

But the NOC on the letter is 2016 version instead of 2021 version. Will this be an issue ?

No. IRCC knows that people will have letters with old NOCs and are not expected to get new letters.. You can include a letter of explanation of what your new NOC is.

The code itself doesn't matter, most employer experience letters won't have the NOC codes mentioned, however, will have detailed roles and responsibilities. The important task of you is to ensure that the roles and responsibilities in the letter match the NOC code that you use in the EE profile or application
