I gave my test on June 6 2024 and there is no update test received or passed so far. I see people moving to passed with in 2-3 days after the test is given. Is there something that I need to do here like contacting them to make sure they received the result or is this normal?

Did you see your result and save it?
You can ask them but me for example, it didn't show test received...I was only able to see completed after a couple of weeks

Hi Everyone,

can anyone help me please?

i am planning to apply for citizenship online.

What documents you people attached as an optional document?
Also, if anyone can share document checklist for online application it would be great.

thank you in advance

Optional documents are optional. I didnt submit anything.

I submitted: Passport scanned pages, PR card, and scanned copy of my university graduation certificate for proof of language.

Thank you for the answer.
Do we need to submit all pages of passport? Also, My spouse’s passport expired in march 2024. Is that okay? Or do we need to explain anything about that?

I wasn't able to submit all pages online. It allows the bio page only and it's ok if expired. You'll find a place where you can add notes after uploading the passport

Finally after 4 months since submission we got something going on our application! Got today the email to take the knowledge test. I did about 3 weeks ago the ATIP request due to no movement on our application, I believe that may have helped.
But not gonna lie, still jealous that my friends are completing/ed their citizenships already. Another friend who applied 2 weeks before us got her oath done too.
Hoping ours will go quick now!

Tell me does the province from which you applied really make a difference on the speed of completion?
My husband mentioned that yesterday, he read something like that somewhere online.

Yeah best to submit scanned copies of all pages to avoid delays because I see on the forums that people get requested to submit scanned copies of all pages with stamps if they didn't do it initially. Things like these cause further delays in processing.
As far as the expired passports, you will get option to add expired passport details so you can upload this under there. I have an expired passport too and that is what I did.
