You are welcome . The available slots are in Vancouver, Calgary and Halifax . Too far for me.

I applied on March and no news yet. In this forum people said after 6 months they send you an email with the option of an early appointment but I dont know if is true. Just wait.

Hi.. I have submitted DS 160 this month for my mom who is in Canada on supervisa . consulate is Toronto but i have booked the earliest appointment in Ottawa on 20th August, 2026. Will i be receiving email from consulate with rescheduling option after 6 months or so ? if i am will that be for Ottawa or Toronto ? Please share your inputs. Thanks.

Hi all, I did my application for a B2 visa last October and I still haven’t gotten any email on being able to book an earlier appointment. I was wondering if that is normal or if others are in a similar situation. My current appointment is in November 2025…

I was also wondering if people, without getting that email, have still successfully been able to find an earlier appointment by simply refreshing the page every day.
