Visa approved - BIOMETRIC expired

Hi ,
My visitor visa got approved but my biometric is expiring this month .
I paid the biometric fees when I submitted my application, however did not get the BIL but instead got the passport request letter .
How do I insure a new BIL is given so I can update the biometric for another 10 years .

Shall I write to the email address they sent the confirmation from ? The VO is Ottawa

did you select the option No when they asked to have you given biometric in last 10 years?

I selected NO and paid the biometrics fees too

why select NO when you had the biometric already, system pulled your old biometric in this case.
I would say raise a webform explain hopefully they either send the new request or refund the money

I selected I need a new biometric and hence I paid the biometric fees .
The system took the fees out so hence the right answer was selected

you know how to reach the Ottawa visa office ?
