Hi all,

We have received Biometrics request letter couple of weeks ago, today we got another request for RCMP Criminal Record Check and Fingerprints and they said instructions for these will be provided seperately. Did anyone face this before? What is RCMP Criminal Record Check?

This is exactly what others said for PCC, you don't need to provide that of Canada because a separate request would come if they want PCC in Canada.
RCMP Criminal Record Check is the PCC for Canada. Follow the instruction that will be provided soon. If you don't received it in a few days, contact IRCC to find out the instruction to request it.

RCMP Criminal Record Check - For this we did not get any letter of instructions.
Fingerprints - Are these same as Biometrics ? We have received Biometrics instruction letter and we have submitted the bio metrics.
Client Information - They want the updated residential addresses for yourself. Can we just send a Word doc with my mother signature?

Contact IRCC if you waited a few days and checked your spam email folder and didn't find any instruction for the RCMP record.
The fingerprints are part of the RCMP record check, there are specific instruction to obtain them. It's different from the biometrics.
Not 100% sure what is the Client information. May be others here who received RCMP criminal record check can respond.

Submitted November 24, 2023 Still no AOR or anything.. None at all.

Applied on Nov 28, 2023 and haven't heard back. No AOR, nothing.... anyone in the same situation?

I don't understand your question. Did you only get the PCC general request? Or did you get the RCMP criminal record check request specifically? If you got the RCMP request, wait for the instruction.
It's different. You may need to go to RCMP location/other qualify location to get the fingerprints done. I don't have the details.

Apologies about the confusion.
First we got generic PCC request letter. We applied that at BLS since my mom is with us in Canada.

Today we got one more letter which requested for PCC, RCMP criminal record, Fingerprints collection and Client information (that is letter of explanation) with curry address and how long is my mom planning to stay in Canada.

Fingerprints is something confusing for me as we already submitted the biometrics.

I am trying to fill IMM 5768 for parents PGP. My spouse is a co signor and we have two kids.
In section 6, I have already included our two kids. Should I mention their names in section 12 as well?
