Timeline:
Applied - May 13
BIO REquest - May 24
BIO Submitted - MAy 28
APPROVED - June 4

is this from the new portal or old one ? They did have previous CDN visa or US visa ?

So I applied for a visitor visa for my father and paid the biometric fees for a new biometric. The visa has been approved, however they didn’t ask for the new biometric.
Please guide what to do next to make sure a new biometric is done as fees had already been paid and the validity of this biometric get expired this month .

Raised a webform already but no reply and only 2 weeks left to submit the passport.

They issued the visa . But did not send the new biometric request as yet . Sent a webform that I need to update the biometric
