I applied super visa for my parents on May 17th. My dad is the primary applicant. My mom got the biometric instruction letter within 24 hours. But, I haven't received BIL for my dad yet.

Hello! Any update on this? I still haven't received BIL for my dad.
Is there any way we can contact the authorities? When I emailed them, they only redirected me to the online application status check page.

No, I applied on 18th may, 2024, haven't receive the UCI # yet for either. system updated application number only. nothing at all? should I raise web form?

I applied on May 17th, and received the Biometric Instruction Letter last night

I got the Biometric request letter after 2 weeks.

Hi guys,

same here. I applied visitor visa for my family on 18th may, 2024. however, i haven't receive biometric instruction letter yet. summary of submission is also not updated yet. all i recived the confirmation of submission. Any advise on this? As per IRCC website, biometric instruction letter and summary of submitted file should be uploaded with 24 hours of submission.

Same situation, let me know if anything changes.

Yes I did. I got the request the same day I received the webform.

Can you guide which option you select in web form while filling it and what you mentioned in it, as I am also waiting for my biometric letter from past 2 weeks

Timeline:
Applied - May 13
BIO REquest - May 24
BIO Submitted - MAy 28
APPROVED - June 4
