Hi .

I am from Algeria

I have special needs and a mobility disability. I use thr crutches and the wheelchair

Before Corona, I traveled to Europe 6 times, 5 Schengen countries, with a French visas , which I had for 4 times.
In addition to 1 travel to Dubai 2022

anyways
Now I have some Schengen visas refusal .

And also I have Canada refusal as visitor in Dec 2022
Thats a year and a half ago

In this June 2024, i get another refusal this time
b1/b2 usa without reason .Just the usual b214 .

I want to apply again to Canada through LMIA

As a worker in computers and IT , because this is my primary specialty. Since I am disabled, I cannot do physical work. I always prefer to work for myself FREELANCE or for a private person.

If there is an official invitation from an employer to put it in the file. I will buy it.

Or an official medical invitation with guarantor.
I will buy it too

But I want something guaranteed and official. Not fake. Because i will be written off for years

What can I do ? Because First of all and foremost I want to go for treatment . But some guys advised me to not mention that,
But if there is a right way . im gonna to Try it .

Then look for an employer on job sites who can file a LMIA and prove that no Canadian/PR has your education, experience and language skills. Assume you have ECA and language tests to prove this as wells as job letters and pay slips. You cannot buy it. You have to pass a medical and there is no such thing as “medical invitation with guarantor”. If your health is deemed a strain on the healthcare system then you will be inadmissable. Don’t know what kind of treatment you require but expect to pay out of pocket and wait years to see a doctor.

What is the ECA
I mean by buy it . Pay who helps me with real work not scam or fraud .
There is a medical invitation .
Also i know that canada dont accepte person who strain healthcare .
If you know a real people who work on those things tell me .
I search the solutions if you have .

If you are serious about LMIA then you need to start doing job search on Canadian sites. Most jobs will say don’t apply if you are not a citizen or PR. So you need to find an employer willing to go through the LMIA process because no one in Canada has the skills or education to do the job. If you have a specialized skill then you have a better chance but very difficult. ECA is an assessment of your education (degree). Your education should match the job or NOC.

Never heard of a medical invitation. People in Canada can wait years to see a specialist. Focus of Canadian health care system is for Canadians.

except LMIA i dont know any other type of visa i can reapplying for .
If u can send me contact of people work on those things . If u dont know and u dont know in medical . only wish me luck
